Appointments can be made up to 30 days in advance through this website. Please arrive on time — if you are more than 10 minutes late, your slot may be given to the next customer in the queue. You can cancel or reschedule from My Profile before your appointment time.

Joining the live queue reserves your place in line, not a specific time. Estimated waiting times are indicative and may change. If you are not present when your name is called, your ticket may be skipped or cancelled.

We accept cash, DuitNow QR and online transfer at the counter. Prices shown on this website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include any applicable taxes. A sale is only final once payment is confirmed.

Registered members earn points on completed visits. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted or cancelled if a sale is refunded or found to be fraudulent.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, intoxicated or disruptive towards our staff or other customers.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
