When you book, join the queue or create an account we collect your name, phone number and (optionally) email address, birthday and preferred haircut. We also keep records of your visits, purchases and reward points.

We use your details to manage your bookings and queue tickets, contact you when it's your turn, send receipts and service updates, and operate the loyalty programme. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

If you provide an email address or phone number, we may send you booking confirmations, queue calls and receipts by email or WhatsApp. You can update your notification preferences in My Profile.

Only authorised staff can view customer records, and only what they need to do their job. Access is logged and audited.

You can view and update most of your details in My Profile. To correct your email address, export your data or ask for your account to be deleted, contact us through the Contact page.

We keep your records while your account is active and as required for accounting purposes. Data is stored securely with encryption in transit and at rest.
